Creslond brings a unique combination of PR acumen and strong commitment to community relations and event coordination to her role as owner and consultant.</p><p></p><p>Founded in 2003, The Creslond Group focuses on an enhanced positive image and specialized client management services to assist a client with business development, event coordination, special projects, public speaking and much more. Its efforts contributed volunteer services to the NCAA Final Four Championships over the past several years with the Youth Education through Sports (YES Clinics) Program. In 2009, The Creslond Group re-launched its agency principles to inspire client loyalty, increase brand awareness, and impact target audiences. It began developing grassroots marketing strategies for upcoming entertainment, music, sports, education and nonprofit businesses. </p><p></p><p>As a trailblazer in the field of education, Creslond founded her own nonprofit, C.O.A.C.H., which stands for Creating Opportunities Academically for College Hopefuls. Her vision for empowered youth now carries over into her work with high school student-athletes advocating a more focused approach on education as a foundation to athletics. </p><p></p><p>Creslond is a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelors degree in Communications and holds a masters degree in Secondary and Higher Education from Texas A&amp;M University - Commerce. She has successfully completed United Ways Blueprint for Leadership Program, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations. Additionally, she is an Articles Editor of Basic, an international magazine chronicling fashion, urban lifestyle and culture. Upon her return from Africa, where she was a visiting scholar during the summer of 2007 at the University of Ghana at Legon, her mission to assist others continued as she serves as the International Executive Vice President for the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc., in consultative status with the United Nations. She is also the former President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Incorporated of Dallas, with active membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
